  • Brush and Floss at least twice a day or after meals. Use a soft bristled brush

  • Chew Sugarless Gum between meals to help clean your teeth if you cannot brush

  • Visit your dentist at least twice a year for check-ups and maintenance

  • Follow Oral health protocols and treatment recommendations

  • Avoid Smoking, and minimize the intake of Caffeinated and Carbonated Drinks

  • To minimize staining of your teeth, minimize dark colas, and dark drinks or use a straw whenever possible

  • Eat balanced healthy meals low in sugars, fats and cholesterol

  • Exercise regularly or as prescribed by your doctor

  • Manage your Stress and Maintain a Positive Attitude
